Everything customers usually need to know before requesting custom embroidered patches.
You can upload a logo, illustration, finished design, sketch or inspiration image. Clear vector artwork is ideal, but other high-resolution files can also be reviewed.
Coverage describes how much of the fabric base is filled with embroidery. The best level depends on the artwork, desired texture and whether the base material should remain visible.
Sew-on is a dependable permanent option. Iron-on is convenient for suitable fabrics, hook-and-loop suits removable patches, and adhesive backing is useful for selected short-term applications.
Yes. Simple traditional shapes can use a merrowed edge, while detailed outlines and internal cut-outs are usually better suited to precision cutting.
Yes. The patch layout should be reviewed before manufacturing so the shape, dimensions, colours, lettering, border and backing details can be confirmed.
